(as the patient),

I had appointment arranged a week ahead at Victoria Gate, when on arrival asked if I had received a letter to cancel it in the post to which I replied no, then they said they tried to call but not policy to leave messages and didn't I get the cancellation letter they had sent the previous day. Obviously not, or I wouldn't be there..

I asked for an urgent appointment, by now it's one o clock, they said they were full, I said I'd wait, they said okay. Waited four hours till half five, saw a GP for about 30secs who said they couldn't prescribe me my Meds as I was not their patient and my doctor was away for two weeks. Obviously totally bad service, ended up tearing my hair out literally and going to A&E where I got them within minutes.

Phew, how bad can it get! ! !
