I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff in the CCU unit for all the care and attention that my mother (Rose), who is 89 years old, received after being admitted with a heart condition on the 27th November. The staff were extremly professional, dedicated, caring and went out of their way to look after my mother with individual acts of kindness. It seems that in this day and age Hospitals have come in for more than there fair share of critisicm. I can honestly say that my expeience of the Royal Free is at complete odds with all the adverse publicity of late. I am pleased to say that my mother is continuing to recover at home.
