I recently visited Sunderland Royal accident and emergency department as I was suffering from chest pain. The staff were very calm and attentive. I was transferred to the chest pain unit after my pain was treated. The nurses and doctors were exceptional in the chest pain unit. They were very polite and looked after me extremely well. Nothing was a trouble for them and they responded very quickly when I pressed the call button. The ward was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return should I become I'll again.
