"GP referred me straight to physio and I got seen within the same week of seeing him"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I hurt my back at work so went to Dawley Doctors in Telford.

I saw a doctor and they were excellent, I told them my problem and they helped me very well and professionally, a very good doctor.

He referred me straight to physio and I got seen within the same week of seeing him. My treatment is still going so I'm hoping for a fast recovery.

Many thanks for providing such positive feedback regarding your recent referral for treatment.

It is no longer general practice for a GP to arrange a Physio appointment directly with the appropriate clinic, as TRAQS was established not only to offer patients a choice of location but also to obtain the earliest available appointment. However, I am pleased that you were seen very quickly and hope you will soon feel the benefit of your treatment.
