What I liked

I have had my two babies in Northwick Park Hospital and both times they have been in the public eye however I found them very effecient and professional at all times. From Ante-natal to the labour ward both experiences had their minor problems as a result of one or two incompetent staff members but the good outweighed the bad. I would recommend this hospital to family and friends. I felt very reassured when I needed reassurance the most and left with two very healthy happy babies. Follow up from hospital was exceptional.

What could be improved

Cleanliness especially in patient toilet areas could be improved.
