"My experience is that TRAQS appears an unnecessary 'middle man'"

I went to my GP after weeks of neck pain. I was informed I needed to be referred to a physio - everything was fine to this point.

After a few more weeks, I was called by TRAQS to not be offered and appointment, but just to be told I had been referred to my preferred location for treatment - I had told my GP this.

After another 6 weeks and no correspondence, I called TRAQS to determined when I was going to be offered an appointment. I was told that I had been referred by TRAQS, I needed to speak with my preffered location directly!

My experience is that TRAQS appears an unnecessary 'middle man' that has slowed my access to treatment - I don't know what the point of it is?
