"I would like to take this opportunity to say how wonderful the staff are"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

To whom it may concern,

I would like to take this opportunity to say how wonderful the staff are at Hallamshire Hospital. This includes the doctors, specialists and nursing staff at the eye clinic, who have for the past two years been trying to correct the abnormality in my eyes.

Also, others who have been kindness itself, porters who have pushed me from one part of the clinic to another, ambulance people drivers and ladies, who check you in and out.
