Positive feedback to the nurse that looked after me on Saturday 7th December '13). Good, efficient, professional care recieved in an busy dept, good explanations of tasks, procedures, good general communication with a professional manner displayed. I feel it is important that this praise is brought to the attention of senior staff and acknowledgement is followed through please. Thank you.

I am pleased to note that the nurse who cared for you on your admission to the Emergency Department on 7 December supported you throughout with explanations and clear communication about what was happening.
