.A big thank you for excellent care given to my husband. From entering A+E with chronic C.O.P.D. pneumonia. on 10th Nov: 13 at 12 noon. then into HDU for one day. then onto Bluebell A ward until 15th Nov: 13 The staff and Doctors gave him the best care. The only let down -was the dirt, filth. urine and blood in wards and toilets. Nothing was ever cleaned properly by cleaning staff. I saw the lack of proper cleaning ! Get them trained.
