Having recently been taken into ward 29 for a suspected testicular torsion I'd like to say how impressed I was with all the staff I came into contact with here. From being brought in via Leicester Royal A&E at around 2am they had diagnosed, ,consulted and prepped me for surgery around 04:45. I was kept informed of what was happening at all times and I felt along with the efficiency of the doctors and nurses their friendliness and good humour was most welcome. Definitely put me at ease. The next day I was well taken care of with regular meals and drinks offered. And other than me falling flat on my back trying to get out of bed too quickly (which was my own fault) it was great service from the team there. So a big thank you from me for such good care.
