meantime there is really awful outpatient facities and a complete lack of thought about access and parking for disabled persons.

Cars are paked on double yellow lines near clinics as the disabled persons cannot get any nearer. To take someone to a clinic there is a nightmare. They have proposed to close Frenchay and move all its clinics to Southmead. There will be total gridlock within the site if they do that.
