"Feeling let down"

Anything else?

I feel let down by the so called 'support' I am being offered by the community team at this hospital. I am explicitly told frequently about the long waiting lists, implying that I am not deserving of their time. I find the staff who I've seen difficult to relate to and express any of how I'm feeling. I wish I had the money to go private but sadly as a university student this is not an option for me :(
