On 29/11/13 I had both knees operated on. I would like to thank the Consultant and all his operating staff, the Anesthetist and his assistant for a marvelous job swell done, also thestaff in the recovery room and ward C2 for looking after me so well. The operation and aftercare have made for a very speedy recovery. Thank you all.

Thank you for your positive comments which i will feed back to the staff. We use positive feedback as part of our learning process taking common themes and trends and using them as a motivational training tool. I am glad you had a speedy recovery.
