I visited Torbay Hospital on 28 November 2013 with a GP referral to a Dermatology Specialist. I was 10 minutes early for a 3.45pm appointment. I was met at the reception desk by a member of staff who took me directly to a consulting room. Two minutes later I was examined, given a diagnosis and recommended treatment. Total time in hospital, 10/15 minutes. I was treated courteously and professionally by all members of staff encountered. Well done Torbay.
