What I liked
Constantly informed about what was going to happen at every stage. Some of the staff were lovely and I was grateful for the care I recieved.Fixed me up too.
What could be improved
From the moment I arrived,I can only assume because of my accent, I was labelled as a tourist even though I live within an 8 mile radius. I was asked on more than 10 occassions where I lived and it seemed to be resented that I could be an 'outsider' (even though I live locally). This was very uncomfortable for me on top of everything that had happened. Also the nurses were openly bitchy about each other/sarcastic about other patients within earshot.Such a shame as most were great.
