What I liked
I have been a patients At The Infiormary twice and have been totally impressed by the profesionalism, care and expertise of ALL the staff. They are totally committed, yet caring and understanding showing empathy and understanding. I would happily return there again. should the need arise, knowing I was getting the best care and treatment available by professional and committed staff.
What could be improved
I am very grateful to the staff in A&E and more so, the staff on ward AM2. A more professional and caring you group you won't find anywhere. Heartfelt thanks for the care and tolerance for what for me was a very frustrating time. I will remain eternally grateful to you all.
