"Some of the nurses were caring ..."

About: Fairfield General Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Some of the nurses were caring but I would say only 20% of them. The orthopaedic ward 9 did not lead by example and hence ended up with a very uncaring team on the whole.

What could be improved

Orthopaedics could learn some manners and speak to people like they are equal.

We're sorry to hear that you felt that the staff's attitude was not appropriate during your stay at Fairfield. We'll pass your comments on to the nurse manager.
