About: St Lukes Hospital (Bradford)

Anything else?

Not amused at having to pay parking charges whenever a visit is required. Total loss of trust also. When one feels they can no longer trust their local NHS, it is a sad day.

Thank you for leaving your comment on the NHS Choices website. The car parking charges have been maintained at the same level for the last six years. Our aim is to keep car parking charges as low as possible and we have long operated a concessionary scheme for a wide range of patients, relatives and carers who have repeat appointments or long stays in hospital. A temporary parking permit valid for pay and display parking can be purchased at a reduced rate. I am sorry to hear that you have lost trust in us as your local NHS provider. I would like to try and support you to find out more about why this has happened. We have a Patient Advice and Liaison Service who will be happy to help you with any matter including car parking. They can be contacted on 01274 364021 at Bradford Royal Infirmary or 01274 365853 at St. Luke’s Hospital. The text phone number for deaf people is 01274 382580 at Bradford Royal Infirmary. You can also email pals@bthft.nhs.uk.
