What I liked

The friendly, warm and kind approach of nursing and medical staff. Their professionalism and detailed attention to my wife's medical condition was first class. Having experience of NHS Hospitals, I was impressed by the thoroughness of the clinical team and the medication as well as advice given to my wife on Tuesday morning 29 July 2008.

I would rate the A & E Department very highly on this one ---admittedly limited--- experience. Thank you very much.

What could be improved

Not sure that we want to suggest any improvements as the A & E Department in Kingston Hospital appears to be organized efficiently and with an eye to patient care and needs . The open-plan approach was attractive. Clinicians were thorough, taking time to explain to the patient the progress and results of tests and X-Rays. My experience of A & E Departments makes me rate the Kingston Department highly.
