"When I got back to the car there was a sticker on my windscreen saying I had not paid"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

(as a service user),

I went to Kidderminster hospital for the first time yesterday; I normally go to the Worcester hospital for treatment.

When I parked my car I could not see a board explaining what I needed to so and thought it must be the same system as at Worcester where I pay for the parking as I am about to leave.

So I parked my car and went for my treatment. When I got back to the car there was a sticker on my windscreen saying I had not paid. I didn’t know I was supposed to pay before I went in for treatment. Also, I’m not sure how this works – if I go in thinking it will take two hours and pay for two hours but it then takes longer, what happens then?

In my opinion there should be a board to explain the procedure.
