"I feel there are no sufficient signs to indicate where to park"

About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

I receive a home visit every six weeks from STAR worker and if the need arises, I can contact CPN from the recovery team.

I feel there are no sufficient signs to indicate where to park up for the Oakfield Unit at Chorley Hospital.

Many thanks for your feedback about your experiences with our Adult Mental Health Services and at the Oakfield Unit. I have passed these onto the relevant managers for these services. In order to respond more fully to the points you raise about the signage, please could you contact me via my email address at steven.edwards@lancashirecare.nhs.uk or by phone 01772 676118.
