When I arrived at the Doctors to see Kerry-Ann I was at the end of my tether with my skin. I'd lost all hope of it ever getting better and stopping itching.

I had decided in my own head that the only way I was to get better was to learn about the pyschological attributes as to why I itch. I was becoming deeply upset with how my skin was affecting my life as I was vigorously itching every day.

Kerry-Ann made me feel more comfortable than any doctor I had seen before (I've seen a lot) and assured me that she was going to mend me.

At first I was hesitant to build hope and believe her, but because she took the approach of holding my hand through to the end, I managed to build some hope of getting better and actually started smiling. Not only did she tell me what she was going to do to fix my skin condition. She also told me that if the first set of treatment, certain creams/ointments/bodywraps etc, didn't work then she had other ideas about how to make the eczema go away.

It has felt like a miracle seeing Dr. Kerry-Ann. She not only helped my eczema clear up (the clearest it's ever been) but she also made me feel that I could keep on top of it and not let it come back.

As I am moving to Germany at the end of the year, I couldn't be more grateful and astounded at her treatment process. It only took 2/3 weeks to more or less fully heal me.

Kerry-Ann is a brilliant doctor that gave me peace of mind about my skin and always made me feel comfortable and in control.

Overall I am extremely happy with the service she has given me and would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone I know that is going through a difficult stage in their life with a skin condition.
