I went to A&E at Northwick Park Hospital on Thursday 28 November after a hand injury following a fall. My registration on the system took 15 minutes, which I through it was long time considering she found my details on the system immediately once I gave my name and the date of birth. Once I spoke to the receptionist nurse I waited for about 90 minutes before been called in to a separate nurse led section where I was assessed and sent to radiology. Fortunately my hand was not broken and I was out in just a total time in 2 hours. I think, over all it was a positive experience.
