I had a planned C section in October 2013 as my daughter was breech. I was quite nervous but the staff really put me at ease and made the whole experience a positive one. I turned up at 11am for an afternoon operation but they were running ahead of schedule so I ended up having my daughter by 12.53pm which was great as there was no waiting around. Every member of staff provided excellent care and nothing was too much trouble for them. I stayed in for 3 nights and they were really helpful with any breastfeeding advice which meant I was able to breastfeed confidently. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend the Kent Ward to anyone as the staff were amazing.
