My little 18 month old daughter was taken great care of. It was a worrying time but the specialist ear,nose,throat consultants and surgeons were so calm and kind and explained to us clearly what was going on. Even though these consultants must be rushed off their feet, they some how make you feel they have all the time in the world for you and very calming. Our daughter may have to have another small op with this team but it really doesn't worry me after the experience I have had.
