Anything else?
I have been doing my treatment under renal unit Benyon ward at Royal Berkshire Hospital for last two years. I was almost fully satisfied with the staffs cooperation with renal patients. But these days I have been facing certain kind of discrimination among the patients, which really is making me upset to go under regular treatment. I have found some of the nurses behaviour strange with their patient. They act in unfair ways with the patients background, I don't know why they are doing this. I believe every patients have equal value of aspecting the fair treatment. But my last couple of weeks experiences makes me feel a kind of resist environment inside the unit. They really don't know how to deal with a patients. They might have thinking that the pay they are getting for serving the patients but if they don't find themselves in happy moods if anyone make request for the general enquiry what is purpose of taking the place where they are currently taking. They need to be trained well to deal fair enough with all patients in equal ways. Thank you,
