This elderly lady, who uses a wheelchair due to very poor mobility, and is registered blind, is very happy with the care she receives from Dr Bircher and colleagues. Everyone has a kind and pleasant manner and she is offered regular health checks and appointments when she needs to see the doctor (without being made to wait).
