An elderly lady with severe osteoporosis has difficulty making appointments to see her doctor. When she eventually manages to get through to the surgery by phone to make an appointment, the receptionist asks very personal questions and seems unwilling to let her see the doctor.
Suggestion from the lady - As the receptionists are not medically qualified, could they give an appointment and let the doctor decide if treatment is required?
