Anything else?

I was recently referred to Urology by my GP and was told I would be seen within 2weeks and exactly 2weeks later I had an appointment to attend Day Surgery for a Cytoscopy. Prior to the procedure I received all the paperwork clearly outlining what was involved but I was still apprehensive, however, the lovely staff explained everything in detail and I felt totally reassured. The NHS gets a great deal of negative press but during the times that I have had to attend as an Inpatient and Outpatient I have only ever received the best of care. The staff do a wonderful job (sometimes under very difficult circumstances).
