I went into west Middlesex hospital for day surgery on 2 nd December, I cannot praise the staff there enough, they made me feel at ease from the very beginning. They had to right mix of being courteous and professional with good humour. I found the unit to be extremely clean and noticed that the cleaners took a lot of care and time in their work. For someone like myself who is terrified of hospitals I can honestly say I actually enjoyed being there and certainly won't be worried if I ever have to go back. An excellent service and wonderful staff.
