"Appointment Cancelled"

Anything else?
I have cervical dystonia and made an appointment early in October for the 26th of November only to receive a call to say the appointment has been cancelled. Each time I call I am told that I am still on a waiting list and no one can tell me how long before I will be seen. Very frustrating,
