My mother was recently a patient on wd 19 following a knee operation. From start to finish she was treated with great dignity and respect, and all the staff were unfailingly friendly, professional, and courteous. They worked well as a team together and nothing was too much trouble for them. The doctors also took time to talk to my mum and listen to her concerns, as well as ours as a family. Please convey our thanks to all the staff on wd 19, and keep it up!!
