"So impressed by the service provided"

I am in my first trimester of pregnancy and on the Friday evening I had started to vomit very severely. I could not keep any fluids down. This lasted all weekend.

So on Sunday evening my partner phoned the 111 NHS service. The staff on the other end of the line were incredibly friendly and showed a lot of empathy (just what you need! ). I was referred to a nurse who was able to ascertain my need to go to the on call GP.

Within about an hour and half of my initial phone consultation (including the 30min drive to hospital) I was sitting in the Doctors room and being treated for dehydration. Both my partner and I are so impressed by the service provided and are very thankful to the NHS staff members for their help.
