"Professional caring team"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

Anything else?

Would like to say how professional and caring the staff are on the Surgical Admission Lounge at Castlehill. I attended there on 28/11/13 as a day case. The lounge itself is quite basic but very clean, my only gripe are the chairs, not the most comfortable to sit on for 8 hours ! The staff were very friendly, kept me informed throughout and provided welcome coffees when i was told the list had been changed so it would be later in the day when i went to theatre. The whole unit seemed to run like clockwork due to the professional teamwork. Thankyou to you all
