"The outpatients appointment procedures are..."

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Anything else?

It took my GP 3 attempts to get an appointment for me, on 2 occasions the hospital denied receiving the FAX. When I did get an appointment I was told that I would be referred for an ultrasound scan and an appointment would be sent to me. Every time I chase this up with the ultrasound dept. I am told they have no request from ENT. I have left 3 messages with the consultants secretary, who does not answer the phone and you only receive a recorded message. I have complained to the PET by email and by telephone who have also failed to come back to me. I am at my wits end!
