New hospital bad design lifts for patience being used by staff who should use other lifts so we are left waiting for up 20 mins in public areas because other staff not obeying the rule .porters then not allocated proper job so left waiting to be taken back to your ward units under staffed.Dont know why as many people looking for work in the London area .every body blaming someone else if you ask why a job has not being done I think the project team for Barts should stop patting them selves on the back return their bonus to the health trust so money can be spent on staffing and making this hospital reach the standard of Chelsea & Westminster where you are made to feel welcome ,worst of N H S service I have ever had in 53 yrs in london at the royal london hospital at least train your staff then may be move on to sorting the other issues the switch board always put me through to the wrong ex number I can never call a dr or his pa as the system requires a PIN number I end up with out speaking to any one the staff say why didn't you phone us ! This happens every time please sort this hospital out waste of NHS money and time as I end up going else where for better treatment this is a disgrace?
