My gran became very ill very fast, i have never been in a hospital that is more attentive, professional and sympathetic. It was extremely clean and modern and all the staff are excellent. After being admitted from Christies into a+e then moved up to ward A10 my gran was made comfortable and never felt like she being ignored or forgotten. The staff from receptionists to consultants went above and beyond to ensure that my gran and even the rest of the family were well informed and comfortable. On the day that my gran passed - a nurse on A10 was excellent, this experience has stuck and i just want to say thank you to them for making the whole thing easier - you tried your hardest to ensure that i arrived before she passed and your friendly conversation helped me to focus on my grans happier times at a very sad time. i do hope this gets back to you.
