What I liked
Having to go into hospital for the first time was very frightening and then to be told i had to have an operation made me very upset, however the nurses on ward 12 were brill. Also the tea/cleaning ladies went above and beyond the jobs they are meant to do.
What could be improved
Leave it to the nurses and get rid of the so called doctors. As a younger patient it would have been nicer to be on a ward with others of a similiar age not older ladies over 70.
