"Amazing Nurses except one!"

Its sad when one member of staff can bring the whole team down.. I would like to start by stressing that I use this A&E if myself or any of my family ever need medical help. This is by far the best A&E I have attended. The Drs are quick and efficient and the Nurses are amazing regardless of the heavy work that comes through. Nurses here actually care..except one. I was standing by the main station when a patient who was shaking fell out of bed and a worker, maybe a cleaner? Shouted out Nurse please help that patient has fallen. The nurse he spoke to was the nurse who was supposed to be looking after my mother (who refused to give pain relief to because she was busy sitting at her desk writing notes). This Nurse, responds to the incident as "sorry, I cant help you..she is not my patient..there is a nurse on that side"..thankfully other staff had responded to the patient and helped her back up. Can I stress again how amazing this A&E is and its ashame that one nurse could potentially tarnish the reputation of this hospital.
