The Woodlands get lots of great feedback about their service. Below is just one of the notice boards packed full of thank you notes and cards to the staff team. Located at Highbury Hospital in Bulwell, Nottingham for people with drug and alcohol problems. It consists of two buildings, ‘Great Oaks’ providing personalised single en suite accommodation and ‘Tall Trees’ where a recovery day programme is delivered. The patients also made a banner thanking the staff and signed it. They use feedback books so that patients can leave their comments whenever they want to and it helps them to improve their services at the unit. Well done to the staff for doing such a great job.
