"They’ve discussed everything with me and I know exactly what’s happening"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the NHS.

We only waited 20 minutes this time but of course it depends how busy they are.

They’ve discussed everything with me and I know exactly what’s happening. The only thing I don’t know is whether they’ll get me out in time to catch my holiday flight tonight!
