My experience was a positive one. The lady at Cottage Care, Newport, who is dealing with me is very helpful and explains everything so that I can understand it well, ie - exercises that I need to do.
If there are any problems, she said I can phone her and she will see me as soon as she can. I felt very happy with the care I received.
