I called to trace a friend and called the main number four times, the fourth time I spoke to a man and asked can you please put me through to ed, he said ed. I said yes the emergency department. He replied, ed is an American term, we say a&e here......I said I work in a hospital we call it ed and he hung up.....I then waited 38 minutes to get through. Absolutely outraged by his attitude and manner.
