My father fell and injured his wrist a week ago. Him and my mother were very impressed with the care provided. They saw a sympathetic triage nurse within ten minutes. There was then a short wait and then were seen by specialists, radiology, and anaesthetic teams very promptly. Everything was explained in a way they fully understood and they were treated with empathy and respect at all stages by all members of the team. They are very pleased with the care provided by an excellent team. His wrist is recovering well. I would like to add my thanks.
