What I liked

Whilst on holiday in Hexham recently I had to take my elderly husband to A&E with a problem. He was later transferred to Wansbeck Hospital for further investigations.

I would like to say thank you for the excellent help and kindness he received from the nursing staff and consultants on the admissions ward, who sorted out the problem and we were able to return home later that week.

My Heartfelt thanks to the superb staff at all levels, it was a real experience in a clean and happy place.
