"The Gastroenterology team are absolutely brilliant"

I had an Endoscopy yesterday, and I must admit I was not looking forward to it. However, the Gastroenterology team made the experience as pleasant as possible. They took time to explain my options to me (sedation or local anaesthetic), and discussed what would suit me best. During the procedure I was shown great kindness, and best of all, I was treated at all times like an intellgent adult. After I had recovered a little, one of the team came and explained the results to me and then delivered me to me waiting friend. I do not normally give effusive comments, but this team was brilliant!
