"MRI Scan A+, Getting results d-"

About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

Anything else?

Went in 18th Nov at 7.20 for an early MRI scan on injury to knee to foot, staff here were fantastic, looked after very well, even had a coffee made for me whilst i had to wait for Outpatients to open, i was told by physio at Jimmy's (Minor Injury's) I'd be seeing him the day after my MRI scan on the 19th with a consultant to go over the results of my scan, at 08.30 Outpatient reception was opened, i duly handed the lad my MRI scan details, he promptly told me no appointment had be made for me and i should await a phone call, having waited nearly 2 weeks, i had to call my doctor to extend my sick note, only to be told i had missed my appointment on the 19th, and therefore my details were removed from the system and no further appointment was going to be offered. having spent an hour on the phone today trying to contact the right person, Ive finally convinced someone it was not my fault, and now have to wait 2 weeks to see a consultant, that'll be a month after the incompetent receptionist told me i had no appointment
