"My bad experience in the Conquest Hospital."

About: Conquest Hospital

Anything else?

I have been booked for an hysteroscopy a month a go at Conquest Hospital. The time for admission was 7.30am and of course I was fast since the day before because of anaesthetics. I arrived very much in time to be admitted but the nurse on the ward told me, after having checked a couple of times, that I was not booked that day. I had noticed that also another old lady was sent back and forth into two different wards until to find the right one. I have found the the experience awful and very unprofessional. After that experience ( I had and hysteroscopy in Truro which was really well organised with wonderful people around me) I have asked my GP to be referred to another hospital.

If you are willing, we would like the opportunity to discuss your concerns more fully and to apologise in person for the fact that your experience was poor.
