The receptionist for the Endo department is the rudest, nastiest, most hate-filled person I have ever encountered in my life! Do you ever wonder why people appear rude you? Well, it's not actually other people that are the problem, it's you! The world simply reflects the attitude you display. Lighten up, the whole world isn't against you.
