What I liked

Have used the Early Pregnancy Unit at the Rosie a few times in the past year, and also been an inpatient for early pregnancy complications. Staff were absoloutly excellent, sensitive, caring, respectful, and totally professional. Felt in very safe hands and well informed. Thank you.

What could be improved

Had a rather grumpy sonographer one time, and also would be good if the EPU etc was a bit more seperate from the Rosie (difficult to see lots of healthy new mums with babies walking past when your story is not so bright)

The Trust is pleased to hear that the majority of your experience was positive but was concerned with regard to the attitude of the sonographer you have described. If you could contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service at the hospital on (01223) 216756 or pals@addenbrookes.nhs.uk with more details we would be pleased to follow this up. In respect of the location of the EPU I can confirm that whilst the EPU is located within the Rosie Women's Hospital, it is within Daphne Ward, which is a gynaecology-only ward. Your comments in this regard have, however, been noted and on behalf of the Trust I am sorry for any distress you were caused.
